I ordered this light because the product page made it seem like it would fit my setup perfectly, but when it arrived, the size and finish weren’t what was listed. Of course that meant the install got messed up, and I was left dealing with the problem. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really do much to help, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I feel like I got stuck paying for their mistake, and I definitely won’t be ordering again.

I browsed the site hoping to find some lights with more modern or unique designs, but most of the options felt basic to me. The website itself was easy enough to use, so that wasn’t the issue. It just didn’t really match the look I was going for in my space

I was hoping there would be more fixture options to choose from, but to me the selection felt limited and a little confusing to sort through. Maybe it works better for simpler projects, but for what I had in mind, it just didn’t feel like the right fit.

I tried to exchange a light the whole process was a headache. Replies were slow, the return rules weren’t very clear, and it felt like I was just another ticket number waiting in line. After a while, it didn’t even feel worth the hassle.

I picked up a few of these fixtures, and while they look fine once installed, the brightness just isn’t really there for my room. Reading between the lines, they’re probably better for smaller spaces or accent lighting, not if you’re expecting strong overall light. For the price, I was hoping for a bit more output.

The lights themselves were totally fine, and customer service did get back to me when I reached out. It just took longer than I was expecting to actually get everything, so I had to wait around a bit and follow up. Not a bad experience overall, I just wish the timing had been a little clearer upfront

I picked up a few fixtures from Alcon Lighting for our shop a little over a year ago, and they’ve held up really well. They’re on almost every day, and so far there’s been no flickering, nothing coming loose, and the finish still looks clean even with all the use.

The only part that bugged me was the waiting — I remember feeling frustrated because I was ready to get them installed and it felt like it took longer than I wanted. But once they finally showed up, they did feel solid, and they’ve handled our dusty, warm space better than I expected. I’d still buy from them again

I don’t want to sound overly negative, but this still hasn’t been resolved. I reached out expecting some real help, and so far it just doesn’t feel like anything meaningful has been done.

The card payment did work in the end, but it took a while to process. I was kind of waiting around wondering if it had gone through or not. Has anyone else had the same issue?
